Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Redstone Loom Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 695 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
