Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Thistle Markets serves neighbourhoods around Tampa with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around online orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
