Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Clear Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Phoenix, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
