Sales Representative - inbound leads (Providence, RI)

Silverline Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Providence with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
