Sales Representative - inbound leads (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Sparrow Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Providence. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
