Sales Representative - inbound leads (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Field Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Providence region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Providence. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
