Sales Representative - inbound leads (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Phoenix with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 405 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
