Sales Representative - inbound leads (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Loom Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
