Sales Representative - inbound leads (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Clear Freight and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
