Sales Representative - inbound leads (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Phoenix with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
