Sales Representative - inbound leads (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Sparrow Freight is a Phoenix logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
