Sales Representative - inbound leads (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Thistle Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
