Sales Representative - inbound leads (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Philadelphia, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
