Sales Representative - inbound leads (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lakeside Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
