Sales Representative - inbound leads (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Field Staffing is a Oklahoma City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
