Sales Representative - inbound leads (Oakland, CA)

Fernwood Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around Oakland, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling harvest schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
