Sales Representative - inbound leads (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cross Freight and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around loads and lanes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
