Sales Representative - inbound leads (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Maple Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
