Sales Representative - inbound leads (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Iron Staffing places workers with employers around New Orleans, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
