Sales Representative - inbound leads (Nashville, TN)

Bright Birch Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Nashville. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Explain our services around usage data clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling usage data. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
