Sales Representative - inbound leads (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Birch Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Nashville. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
