Sales Representative - inbound leads (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Lantern Construction is a Minneapolis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
