Sales Representative - inbound leads (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Umber Inspection Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around equipment calibration clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling equipment calibration. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
