Sales Representative - inbound leads (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ivory Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
