Sales Representative - inbound leads (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Oak Foods Associates is a Milwaukee food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around allergen controls clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
