Sales Representative - inbound leads (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Orchard Hospitality is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
