Sales Representative - inbound leads (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Fern Freight is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
