Sales Representative - inbound leads (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Field Construction Group is a Milwaukee contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling permits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
