Sales Representative - inbound leads (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge River Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Milwaukee plant, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
