Sales Representative - inbound leads (Miami, FL)

Cedar Wren Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Miami. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
