Sales Representative - inbound leads (Memphis, TN)

Nova Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Memphis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Explain our services around weigh tickets clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
