Sales Representative - inbound leads (Madison, WI)

Northwind Union Hospitality is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling group events. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
