Sales Representative - inbound leads (Madison, WI)

Cedar Ridge Construction is a Madison contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling safety records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
