Sales Representative - inbound leads (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Louisville. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling machine downtime. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
