Sales Representative - inbound leads (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Louisville region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
