Sales Representative - inbound leads (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Bright Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
