Sales Representative - inbound leads (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Nest Staffing places workers with employers around Little Rock. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
