Sales Representative - inbound leads (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
