Sales Representative - inbound leads (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Explain our services around deposit accounts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling deposit accounts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
