Sales Representative - inbound leads (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
