Sales Representative - inbound leads (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Willow Press produces print and digital publications in Knoxville. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Explain our services around bindery work clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling bindery work. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
