Sales Representative - inbound leads (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Drift Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Kansas City. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer specifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
