Sales Representative - inbound leads (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Vale Staffing Group places workers with employers around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
