Sales Representative - inbound leads (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms Partners grows and distributes produce from farms near Jackson. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling field records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
