Sales Representative - inbound leads (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Ashton Foods is a Jackson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer specifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
