Sales Representative - inbound leads (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Maple Staffing places workers with employers around Indianapolis, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
