Sales Representative - inbound leads (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Field Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Indianapolis, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around online orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling online orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
