Sales Representative - inbound leads (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling timekeeping. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
