Sales Representative - inbound leads (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Iron Medical designs and makes medical devices in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
