Sales Representative - inbound leads (Houston, TX)

Foxglove Summit Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people based in Houston. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
